TRAC Special Session Helpers

“We are hosting the TRAC Special Session on 18th & 19th July! This is an honor and privilege for Living Hope MC to do so. Our sister churches from TRAC will be sending delegates to the Special Session held on these dates, to deliberate and discuss the various items pertaining to our Annual Conference. It serves as a great opportunity to highlight our ministry and needs here in LHMC to the rest of TRAC as well. We will need helpers to host our guests, point them where to go and even help serve some of the catering on these dates!

Prayer Hour
Our next monthly prayer meeting is on 4 May. Let’s gather for a time of corporate prayer to encounter God in our Prayer Hour to be held onsite at Romans room (Level 2), from 8.00am – 9.00am.

Church Camp 2025

We are excited to introduce you to our CHURCH CAMP 2025.
This will be a time of bonding and getting to know one another better in this body of Christ – LHMC. Join us on 12-14 Jun (Thur – Sat) in Batam for a 3D2N Stay with physical and spiritual food, shopping and fun-filled activities.

Lease Renewal Fundraising

Our Current lease is soon to be up for renewal, and securing it is vital to sustaining our ministries, outreach and worship services. Here is how you as a family in LHMC can play a part to extend our stay here as LHMC in Tampines. Located on the TVs and noticeboards outside the Sanctuary & Chapel, you will find the QR code for PayNow. Let us meet our goal with joy and faith.

The Bible Reading Community
The Bible Reading Community has put out a new reading plan which is to commence from 1st Apr till 30th Jun 2025. We will be reading the First and Second Epistle of Corinthians. In 1 Corinthians, the reading challenges believers to examine every area of life through the lens of the gospel where Apostle Paul addresses divisions among believers, food, sexual integrity, worship gatherings, and the resurrection. While the central message of 2 Corinthians is strength in weakness, we will read how Apostle Paul turns upside down our natural expectations of the way, life works. Contrary to the way the world and our own human hearts naturally function, God takes what is low, despised, and weak to accomplish his purposes.

PLEDGE EXERCISE 2024
Pledging is an act of obedience, as well as a demonstration of faith in God who has provided and will continue to provide for each of us in the days ahead. It also helps the local church as we plan for our finances to be used for the ministries in the year ahead. If you would like to download and submit an e-copy, please click here.

When making the electronic transfer, please indicate in the “UEN/Bill Reference No.” portion as Pledge or Church Building Fund or 2nd Offering. Offertory bags will be passed around during Service.

ROOM AND ZOOM BOOKINGS
Ministry Chairpersons and Cell Leaders should email booking@lhmc.org.sg at least 3 days in advance with the following details:
1. Indicate Room OR Zoom Booking as Email Subject
2. Purpose of Booking
3. Start and End Time (include setup period/time, if applicable)
4. Name of Room (if room booking)
5. Indicate if food is being served (if room booking)
Your booking is confirmed only when an email reply is received. If no reply is received by 1 day before your booking, please check your junk folder or call Church Office at 65878810 for assistance. Please note that only Ministry Chairpersons and Cell Leaders can make room or Zoom bookings.

FLORAL OFFERING (1ST SUNDAY ONLY)
If you would like to express your dedications of love, praise, or thanksgiving to God through floral offerings for Sunday Services, please email admin@lhmc.org.sg at least 2 weeks in advance with the following details:
1. Full Name
2. Contact Information
3. Description of Dedication e.g. In Thanksgiving/In Remembrance
4. The Offering Amount (min. $50)
5. The Date of Offering
Thank you for making a floral offering donation. Please note that, as it is not always possible to utilize the exact sum for a particular week’s floral arrangements, the leftover amounts will be utilized for the subsequent week’s floral arrangements.
